Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best quality Ayurvedic products, but if you need to cancel or request a refund, please follow these guidelines:

1. Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellations are not allowed as orders are processed.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for wrong product delivery.
3. Return Process: Initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing preevaidhealthcare@gmail.com. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items: Opened, used, or customized products are not eligible for a refund.
